What are your operating hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays.
How can I arrange a visit to your facility?
We welcome visitors by appointment. Please contact us at least one week in advance to schedule a visit so we can arrange proper guidance and ensure minimal disruption to our children's routines.
How long does it take to receive a response to my inquiry?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours during business days. For urgent matters, please call our office directly.
Can I donate items instead of money?
Yes, we accept in-kind donations such as clothes, books, toys, and school supplies. Please contact us before bringing items to ensure they meet our current needs and quality standards.
